Exchanges and refunds can be made if damages were caused during transit. Think Twisted Publishing, LLC., does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery. You will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to confirm whether the order has been processed. If the order is determined to be completed, we will not be able to issue a full refund because since that Think Twisted Publishing, LLC., has already incurred an expense to complete the order and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to Think Twisted Publishing, LLC. Any changes or cancellation of an order will require prior written approval via email and can only be authorized by management at Think Twisted Publishing.
